Mohsen Jalalpour the president of Iran Chamber of commerce in a meeting with Yashushi Akahoshi the president of Japan external trade organization stressed on easing the trade visa procedure and banking connection.
15 May 2016 ICCIMAs public relation reported; Mohsen Jalalpour mentioned his personal business relation with JETRO before joining Kerman and Iran chamber of commerce from twenty years ago and said: Japanese products are benefiting high potentials in Iranian market among the peoples mind and in comparison with coming delegations from all over the world to Iran, Japanese are some steps ahead.
They should consider this potential to supply the inside and regional market by joint work and production: Jalalpour added.
Japanese investment in 2015 was more than 25 billion dollar and just 5 million of it was invested in Iran. There is still a question for me that regarding the potentials of Iran in natural and human resources, stability and security in region as well as accessing the neighboring markets, why the amount of investment is lower than our expectations: The president of Iran chamber added.
Asking to the ease the business visa procedure and resolving the banking issues, Mohsen Jalalpour marked the bilateral production and joint works in automotive parts, ICT, pharmaceutical, food industry and medical equipments to enhance economical exchange between Iran and Japan.
Jalalpour also highlighted Irans health tourism visions for next decade and yesterday conference regarding this issue in espinas hotel and said: in that conference almost in every speech they emphasized on role of Iran among neighboring countries and future of health care services and pharmaceuticals in this region.
For his part Yasushi Akahoshi the president of Japan external trade organization mentioned the Iranian officials complains about the lower speed of Japanese enterprises to act in Persian market after JCPOA and said: during the sanction our office was not close and it was in contact with Iranian governmental and research centers. After JCPOA the enthusiasm from Japanese to work with Iranian private sector has increased but it requires a period of time to enhance bilateral works between economic activists of two countries.
For his part Farhad Sharif the deputy of international affairs of ICCIMA highlighted the role of Iran chamber of commerce as the parliament of private sectors to raise the legal issues and asking governmental sectors to ease the trade and remove obstacles in economic activities.
Sharif said: exchanging economical information as well as providing the analysis between ICCIMA and JETRO can increase Iran-Japan economic exchange.
He also mentioned water management and agricultural development, automotive parts, reduction of CO2, oil, gas and petrochemical joint works as some basis to enhance economical relationship and said: concerning the north to south and east to west corridors, we can form a model in bilateral works to add more value to the transferring goods throw these paths in economical zones around corridors.
